About Us
Rho Rho Sigma was founded in 2020, when the Founder, Ingrid Ray, decided that she wanted to create a support for all women who she encountered. Our sorority is based in Elkton, Md. We have members in Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Philadelphia.
At the heart of Rho Rho Sigma lies the visionary spirit of our Founder, Ingrid Ray. Her unwavering dedication and passion for creating a supportive sisterhood have shaped the foundation of our organization. Ingrid envisioned a community where women could come together to uplift one another, foster personal growth and make a meaningful impact in the world, through her leadership and tireless commitment.
Rho Rho Sigma has flourished into a vibrant sisterhood that continues to embody her values of inclusivity, empowerment and service. Today, we honor Ingrid as the driving force behind our collective journey towards sisterhood, leadership and positive change.
